Expect One Big Menu….

For the first time ever, London’s best restaurants and bars are coming together at The Big Feastival to offer One Big Menu from their pop-up kitchens. Featuring amazing festival dishes created by some of the world’s leading chefs, we will be unveiling the mouth-watering treats from One Big Menu with a Twitter party, One Big Tweet, at 5pm on Wednesday 25th May. The chefs, including Thomasina Miers, Peter GordonJonathan Downey, Theo Randall, Cyrus Todiwala, Cass Titcombe and Jamie Oliver, will be on Twitter using the hashtag #thebigfeastival to announce their dishes to the public and they’ll be staying online until 5.30pm to answer any cooking questions you have.  So, make sure you’re following @thebigfeastival and tracking #thebigfeastival on the day to get the low down on all the foodie fun.

New Talent @ Rockness

The team at Rockness this week announced that they will be teaming up with Liverpools ‘Sound City’ crew to host their yearly drive for up and coming music.

The artist and band search will begin with the best 20 entries performing on the brand new RockNess Sound City Stage across the weekend, sitting on the same bill as Kasabian, Paolo Nutini, The Cribs and Glasvegas. The winning act will be decided the day after the festival and will be showcased across the RockNess and Sound City communities and will win a support slot on a forthcoming UK Goldenvoice tour in the 12 months following the festival. The winning act will also return to perform at RockNess 2012 in the Goldenvoice Arena.

Snoop Dogg for ‘I Want My MTV Ibiza’

Following the recent announcement that MTV are hosting a series of exclusive live Ibiza events throughout the summer, today it has been confirmed that hip hop superstar SNOOP DOGG will be headlining the ‘I Want my MTV’ opening party on Friday 1st July at Amnesia, Ibiza, with PRIMAL SCREAM presents SCREAMADELICA closing the Summer parties on Fri 2nd September.

Arts And Entertainment Galore

With festi-holiday thrills and spills drawing ever nearer, the Camp Bestival crew have pulled together yet another bumper crop of amazing spectacles to dazzle and delight one and all. With a jaw-dropping cast of previously announced acts and entertainment including Primal Scream, Blondie, Mark Ronson and Business INTL, Laura Marling, House of Pain, Claire Maguire, Katy B, Mr Tumble, The Gruffalo, The English National Ballet, 100s of Free Things For Kids To Do and so much more Camp Bestival is set to take place from the 28th-31st July at Dorset’s picturesque Lulworth Castle.
